The services are provided to you by SUBSEQ.NET ("SUBSEQ.NET") - represented by Christian Bohn - Lindwurmstr. 10, 80337 Munich, Germany.

The use of the services requires that you agree to these terms.

General

SUBSEQ.NET reserves the right to amend or change the Terms of Use at any time without notice. The latest version of the Terms of Use can be found on this page. Should any of these Terms of Use are or become invalid, that shall not affect the validity of any other provision of this agreement.

SUBSEQ.NET holds all copyrights and other rights to the services, different copyrights are marked.
You are not authorized to remove, obscure or alter legal information (i.e. copyright or trademark notices). You may not use the trademarks of SUBSEQ.NET without the written consent for your own purposes. By using our services, you do not acquire any copyright or intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

SUBSEQ.NET reserves the the right to review content on their illegality or violation of our policies. Content can be removed or rejected, if we can assume legitimately that you violate our policies or applicable law.
Likewise SUBSEQ.NET may suspend or terminate the provision of services to you if you violate our terms or policies or if we detect suspected misconduct. Violation of any of the Terms of Use can result in the termination of your user-account or access to the services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SUBSEQ.NET and supersede all previous agreements under this title.
Verbal collateral agreements do not exist.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Germany. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Munich, Germany, to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms of Use.

Service provisioning by SUBSEQ.NET

SUBSEQ.NET does not warrant that
(I) services meet your needs or expectations,
(II) the services will be delivered uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free,
(III) the obtained results of the services are accurate and reliable,
(IV) any errors in the services will be corrected.

SUBSEQ.NET shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind that result by:
(I) the use or the inability to use the services,
(II) changes to the services,
(III) permanent and temporary unavailability of the services,
(IV) not proper processed data by the services,
(V) or any other matter relating to the services.

SUBSEQ.NET provides technical support in line with its possibilities and exclusively via the linked ticket system on the website. A guarantee for the availability of technical support is not taken. SUBSEQ.NET has the right at any time to permanently or temporarily suspend, remove, modify the services (or parts thereof) or add new functionality to it. These changes are automatically subject to these provisions. With your continued use of the services you agree mutually to the changes.

Use of the services

You agree to use the services only in accordance with
(I) the present provisions and
(Ii) the relevant regulations and legislation.

For some services (or parts thereof) SUBSEQ.NET requires a registration or offers it as optional. You are obliged to correctly and truthfully fill out all required information as part of the registration and keep it current. You are also responsible for the security of your password. It is not allowed to create automated accounts.
For some services (or parts thereof) SUBSEQ.NET allows to configure a personal profile picture. You are responsible for ensuring that your profile picture is not misused, violates any copyright, trademark or other rights, nor is offensive to other users of the service.
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the services for any purpose.
You agree with the privacy policy of SUBSEQ.NET, available on this website.
SUBSEQ.NET reserves (but has no obligation) to check content or accounts within the services and to filter, modify, reject or delete it. You acknowledge that you may be exposed through the use of service with statements from other users that are offensive, indecent or objectionable in any other way.

API

If SUBSEQ.NET provides an API ("application programming interface") for use of the services available, the following rules shall apply:
Overuse and misuse of the API may result in the temporary or permanent blocking of access to the API. If a use is abusive or excessive, SUBSEQ.NET decides sole.
SUBSEQ.NET reserves the right at at any time to temporarily or permanently modify or suspend the API (or any part thereof). SUBSEQ.NET particularly reserves the right to limit the number of requests or transactions per unit of time. SUBSEQ.NET is free to provide information on any such modification or adjustment.
The specific scope of use of the API is part of the respective contract.

Cash-paid Services & Price Changes

SUBSEQ.NET offers cash-paid services, which are subject to the following specific provisions:
Cash-paid services are charged in advance for a defined period. Any refund is excluded. Reimbursement is explicitly excluded in the following cases: failure of services during the contract period, proportionate use of the services or functional changes.
Overuse and misuse of the cash-paid services may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of access. If a use is abusive or excessive, SUBSEQ.NET decides sole.
SUBSEQ.NET reserves the right to change the prices of all services at any time. Price changes do not affect existing contracts, but will take effect only for any subsequent purchase.
SUBSEQ.NET is not liable to you or any third party for price changes or from price changes resulting consequences.
